Questions & Answers
This door knob turns in only one direction and only very slightly. It takes a lot of effort to open the door let alone locking the door when inside the bathroom.
Hi I have McBowery satin nickel knurled doorknobs and i try to lock it when i leave the room but it unlocks when i close the door is there a way to lock the door when i close the door?
Are these supposed to lock? I have 3 sets and the push pin works when locking while the door is open but when door closes, the handle automatically unlocks itself.

Is there any way to make the door knob turn more or in both directions? It seems like it only rotates slightly in one direction and requires some effort which makes it a bit difficult for young kids.
