The suspenders came well packed and were not damaged. They were easy to attach to my tool belt. The adjustment is easy and the clips are very sturdy. It is very useful to have them hold up the tool belt especially when it is heavily loaded. Every tool belt should have these. It has allowed me to add a few accessory pouches to my belt and to carry more equipment.

These are some heavy duty suspenders. Wide straps, big clamps, and high quality materials. They’re fully adjustable which should should work for most everyone. There’s plenty of extra webbing strap to make them very long if that’s what you need. Me, I’m short so that’s not a real concern for me. You know what is a concern? You’re pants falling down. These will definitely keep that from happening.

Very decent, heavy duty, work suspenders.
I actually acquired these to replace my 1980s wide rainbow suspenders on my tool belt. They were the stretch kind and had seen better days.
But, I've gotten fat. What can I say? And, I have trouble keeping my jeans and work pants up due to the large gut. Even with a belt. So, I decided to try these as work suspenders for my work/outdoor pants.
They work great! They don't stretch which means my pants stay up, even when I bend over at the waist. They are very strong. They have a lot of material for adjustment to fit any sized person. The clips bite down firmly and hold. I'm not real proud of my gut. But I sure do like that my pants aren't rolling down around my crotch as I move and bend while working around the house as they were doing. ;-)
I wonder if I can get the $25 to $50 for my old rainbow suspenders that people are asking online as vintage wear? I could buy a couple of these MCGUIRE-NICHOLAS BLACK SUSPENDERS, ADULT UNISEX with the proceeds. They are much better for my needs.

As usual when you are out on the job and it is hard labor your suspender straps tend to come undone with a snap. Then you have to stop, reharness. These McGuire-Nicholas work suspenders are the answer to those that bend, stretch, and reach often on the job. I was particularity impressed by the width of the suspender as it did not dig into the shoulder nor move around and the big bonus is the clasps are large and work great. Great product.

I found the McGuire-Nicholas suspenders to be very comfortable. The suspender webbing seems to be made out of nylon which you might find abrasive if not worn over a shirt. The webbing is a generous 2 1/4 inches wide which I find very comfortable. The alligator slips are heavy duty and have had no issues with them slipping off or moving around. While I'm not tall 5'9" I did have to lengthen the suspenders to nearly their full length to be long enough.

They ARE suspenders. They ARE two inches wide. They DO have front bite clips. They DO have back bite clips. The front IS fully adjustable. They ARE black. They DO stretch. They most likely CAN distribute the weight of my toolbelt, reduce fatigue, and increase my comfort. They ARE, most likely, unisex. ALL those features, as promised. But… the clip’s bite doesn’t open very wide, at least not wide enough to accommodate my thickest work jean’s waistband… and they really might NOT fit most, including me. Darn it.
