Great jacket until it quits working
I loved the jacket at work and at home for one winter and then both of mine quit working. They’re light weight and with the battery in the back pocket, you can hardly feel it. They say machine washable but the stitches tore the first time I washed them, on the inside liner (not a big deal) but when they start shutting off after heating up it’s a problem. A problem I have with both of my DCHJ072 Jackets. I ordered brand new adapters and they still heat up for five minutes and cut off on their own! These two jackets are the only Dewalt products that I’ve ever had trouble with and it happened in less than a year, maybe worn 25 times. Very very disappointing for me. I’m going to contact Dewalt and see if they will make it right. I will let everyone know how it goes which should help you decide wether you should buy a Dewalt or a Milwaukee Heated Jacket. I will also update my review accordingly.

Great for cold temps down to maybe 15deg.
I gave 5 stars because the description says "lightweight" which it is and works great for temps above maybe 20deg. Below that it doesn't quite seem adequate for long periods, but maybe I'm a wimp. The battery makes it a bit bulky as well, but I'm not sure there is much that could be done about that without integrating some kind of battery that wouldn't be used for anything else (the flexibility of using a tool battery is worth the added bulk). Overall, I think it's great (I've had mine for 2 years now). I prefer it over most of my jackets even without the heating ... until temps get below 20deg and I want to work outside for more than 30-40 min.

Warm and Dry
Best buy ever. Machine washable warm dry and reflective. Everything I need on a large construction site. I can work freely without mutiple layers . Had what I thought was a few snags and thought it tore, but it did not.
