Product Details

Drawing inspiration from artisan cement tiles, the Merola Tile Twenties Diamond Encaustic 7-3/4 in. x 7-3/4 in. Ceramic Floor and Wall Tile exudes encaustic flair. Surrounded by contrasting charcoal and ash grey triangles, the centered off-white diamond features delicate grey freckling. These sharp angles create a prominent geometric pattern with a variety of arrangement capabilities. Capturing a sought after designer look, this pattern is great for bringing a custom look to your home for less. With a matte glaze, this artistic tile is an excellent choice for backsplashes, showers, foyers and exterior work. Pair this tile with the rest of the monochromatic, geometric patterned Twenties series or as a dynamic inflection for any application.
  • 0.42 sq. ft. per piece, each piece sold individually. Piece weight equals 1.1 lbs.
  • Grade 1, first-quality ceramic tile for floor and wall use
  • 7.75 in. width x 7.75 in. length x 0.23 in. thick
  • Glazed, slightly textured finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential floors including kitchens, halls, corridors, balconies, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
  • Vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 0.5% but less than 3% for indoor use and some outdoor applications and is frost resistant
  • C.O.F. greater than .50 is recommended for standard residential applications and is marginally skid resistant
  • Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
  • Residential use only

        A:  No, bathroom and laundry room it’s not high traffic area bathroom is a downstairs guest but Everyone who comes in absolutely loves the tile I got other tile that is like triple the price and they love the Home Depot tile more than that it’s beautiful

Set on a charcoal black base glaze, this tile features floral old-world patterns that frame dueling arcs at the center in varying shades of white and ash gray, offering contrast and dimension to the decoration.             A:  Just use the size of spacers to determine how wide you want your grout line.   This tile I used in my on suit bathroom.  I love it!  I also used a black grout.

This is a semi-vitreous tile with a floral, geometric pattern and slightly textured surface.                   Over all a excellent tile. I installed tile in bathroom floor in 8/2020 Review is on 4/2022 to give time to test it's performance As title states it is lighter when installed on floor. It is a lt. grey and looks wonderful, better than when on the display. The shower floor was 5'x5' which allowed to use a tile this size on the floor with proper slope It is not slippery at all, even after it gets dirty A 3/16 dark grey grout was used in shower and on the bath floor used a white 1/16 with same tile
