Really solid finger saver!
Top level is that although it may seem a bit fiddly, that is what makes it quite versatile - way more than a standard push block and can be used in many more cases where one would otherwise have to resort to a push stick.
The push block comes unassembled but assembly only takes about 10 minutes - as long as you read the instructions. The instruction book is much better quality and more comprehensive than a lot I've seen with tools and does a pretty good job of showing how to assemble the push block and also how it can be configured for different use cases.
The underside consists of three different gripping sections that can be positioned to best suit the width of the cut. Each of the three sections has a rubbery type layer that seems fairly durable and does grip quite well. The design seems to have been carefully thought out, all the pieces are heavy duty plastic and seem well made and durable, much more so than many tools seem to be these days.
In summary I think this will make fiddly cuts on the table saw much safer, whether they be too short or too narrow to otherwise feed safely.
The Microjig GRR-Ripper 3D Pushblock is one I had seen woodworkers using on television and the tool looked so good I thought I would try it. There are many configurations it can be customized to that make it so useful. The instruction are pretty clear as to setting it up for whatever need you have. Videos are available online, also. For longer stock you will need two and use both hands.

The GRR-RIPPER 3D PUSHBLOCK and the Gripper advanced pushblock are pretty much the same tool except the advanced give you a couple extra pieces. I have both and they are very good pushblocks. They are made form very thick strong plastic with brass threaded inserts for the screws. Built extremely well. This tool will last a lifetime. It keeps your hand from getting to close to the blade it holds the wood tightly in place as you feed it through the blade. Very well packaged in a very nice box. Also come with a nice instruction booklet. I found the assembly instructions a little confusing so I went online and microjig has videos on how to assemble, much easier. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend.
