Snapped off after only several uses
I was tightening my cars lug nuts to 76 foot pounds & this normally would get really close because when I break out the torque wrench I would barely have to move before the click. I was only able to remove all 4 tires 4 times before it went snap. I was using a 1/4 impact driver M18 Fuel.

Tool failed
Well, I love Milwaukee tools. Most of my saws and drills are Milwaukee. I try to buy OEM adaptors and blades to go with them. this 1/2" socket adapter did not live up to the name. it was less than $5 with tax but I thought id air my disappointment in its design. it snapped into two pieces right at the shock zone. that leads me to believe design flaw or defective tool. either way, im soured from Milwaukee accessories because of it. The photo below is not the tool in action because its seen its last action.

I can't believe this is Milwaukee
I just got my new impact wrench and adapter. It snaps on second drive. The spot that it snaps should be just holding the adapter.

Didnt last long sheared in half
I thought buying this more expensive adapter would last long but it sheared in half. I did not use this much and the adapter does say its impact duty.

I bought a set of these - 3 sizes- in the store and I'm completely flummoxed. They don't lock into the impact drivers. Tried on an M12 and a Dewalt and the shaft is 1/8" or so longer at the fat end than all the other bits that fit into impact drivers. I came here hoping to get some clue or validation, feels like I'm doing something wrong but I am not that dumb - they simply will not lock into place. I was able to use it but it just isn't right.

Junk - Broke after 5 light uses
I used this about five times to remove some lug nuts from a car AFTER breaking them free with a breaker bar. Broke right in half
