If you're asking if it has a lifetime warranty, then yes, it has a limited lifetime warranty.

Don’t know the weight capacity but I feel it would hold it. The locking on this is solid.
Easy to used
They are at a minimum of 1/4" inch or .25.
The problem is to figure out how to get the metal not to fall out, because it should not ever do that. Then problem is solved without buying anything.
