Surprisingly square, lightweight
Measured against a Starrett and also the "classic" method, and this was about as close to square as anything. Maybe I got lucky with a good one, but I'm pleased and happy to be able to get a tool I can trust for so little $$. I also like that it's aluminum, so it's lightweight and sturdy. Great value!

A LOT of people have been asking me lately if...
A LOT of people have been asking me lately if this is by another brand that makes precision tools with this exact same color and honestly I haven't tried that other brand but this speed square from Milwaukee is absolutely amazing. It's extremely precise and you can see that it has been milled/machined on the sides which give it that precise and sharp edge! I use it to check the angle of my miter saw/ make cuts ALL day long, I love this thing and the finish on it looks like it will hold up for a while!

Awesome product, bought this to replace my old one since I started to use it to beat flooring in place. The Milwaukee Square is smoother and the numbers are easily readable. Great product and better than my old one.

The perfect size to carry on the job site and has a lot of features packed into one tool! I carried a traditional square for 20+ years, this tool replaces it and many other tools!

Edges too sharp and markings not engraved
Edges are much too sharp on this thing. Other reviews listed this as a positive thing, but I don't want to be accidentally cut by a hand tool that I'm carrying around the job site or fishing out of my tool bag. It is not necessary to have this sharp of an edge for a rafter square. Worse, the markings are not engraved, and would be relatively easily scratched off from typical usage, making it useless. I returned it and bought a different brand with friendly edges and engraved markings.

useful but not worth the money
Its useful an looks pretty but is it praticul ? No once you scratch it you cant read the square anymore ,ps .. its very easy to scratch it ! Only if milwaukee had thought to engrave the numbers an marks 🫤 poor design honsetly when you could buy a cheaper brand .
