what is tpi stand for.?

AnswersThe term "tpi" stands for "teeth per inch". A blade with a smaller "tpi" number generally cuts faster, but not as smooth. For hard or thin materials you will get better results with a higher "tpi" number. The cut will go slower but the result will be a lot better.

These blades work well - they cut fast and hold up well, even when cutting harder steels like grade 8 bolts. We have tried other brands but always come back to blades from Milwaukee.
