What is the best saw blade for cutting a cast iron tub? Also should I be worried about cracking?

Asked by: dewey
If you are cutting cast iron tub to remove I would use a mall/hammer and break tub into smaller chunks for removal. To cut up a cast iron tube with a sawzall will be hard and take a lot of time/blades. Always wear safety glasses and gloves when handling broken cast iron. It can be very sharp, FYI

I don't think so. Look at thick metal carbide blades for things like that
