Drill bits came in a nice case, but did not live up to my expectations. Drill bits dulled after first use drilling through soft steel. I used lubricant and used a slow drill setting.

These Cobalt Drill Bits work just fine
Drilling into Metal the smaller bits 1/8 inch and under Can be run around 1000-1300 rpm (i always keep on the slower side, some say the smaller bits can go faster but just more chance of heat build up and breakage i think) bits above 1/8 inch you should run about 500-600 rpm and watch your shavings if discolored looking you need to slow down, be sure to use a Cutting oil (I use Tap Magic) when drilling into metal with cobalt bits it helps keep the heat down and helps the drill bit cut better.

Broke on 1st use on aluminum
Tried to drill a 5/16 inch hole through 1 in. Square aluminum tubing. The bit broke in half. CHEAP!

Great Drill Set
Milwaukee makes great tools and these drill bit are no exception. The impact ends make inserting into the chuck of a standard drill easier. Plus if you have a impact drill, you can use it too for drilling. Quicker for swapping bits in and out.
These were perfect for my basement project.

Good set smaller drill bit sizes up to 3/8 inch...
Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE Titanium Drill Bit Set includes the most frequently used sizes up to 3/8 - -inch. These sizes are the ones likely used by DIY'ers and wear out, snap, soonest from use and abuse. It's a good set for those that need replacements for these sizes. The 15 piece set includes sizes: (2) 1/16 - inch, 5/64 - inch, 3/32 - inch, 7/64 - inch, (2)1/8 - inch , 9/64 - inch, 5/32 - inch, (2) 3/16 - inch , 7/32 - inch, ¼ - inch, 5/16 - inch and 3/8 - inch. They are twist drill hex shanks, Titanium coated for extreme use and long life. The bits can handle metal and softer materials like wood, PVC, etc., not concrete or brick. The tip is Milwaukee's quad edge design, looks different up close from more common drill bits. The cutting edge is ground with a stepped angle along the cutting edge and has more of a point on the tip for sure non-slip starting. This bit design is better, but can't be resharpened and keep that profile. You can't really resharpen the smaller bits anyway. It's claimed these bits can last 5 times longer than black oxide drill bits, an advantage using them. The included plastic case is redesigned to fit the Milwaukee PACKOUT modular tool box system with a continuous hinge and locking clasp. Finally, miss no ½ - inch size bit in the set, they gets plenty of use, too. That aside, it's a good set would considering.

Perfect Drill Set
Milwaukee continues to impress me with their quality, and this drill bit set is one more reason. The bits are solid and make clean, easy holes without straining the hand in metal, wood, and more - important for an old guy like me. I also love the case these come in, too. Markings are clear and the pull-up feature makes it quick and easy to pull out the right bit. I'm hard on bits, so I'll get another couple of these sets, even though they look to last quite awhile.

I wasn’t impressed
I paid top dollar for these 40!It did help to bite faster an prevent some walking. The double tip isn’t present on the smaller bits so they aren’t designed with the same technology so that’s no good. I was drilling some angle iron an running it hard had them literally explode in my face it was the two big bits be careful

These are awesome, but dull faster than I wanted
I have used these a lot and I honestly wish they would stay sharp longer. They work well for drilling into aluminum and non-hardened steel, but after any drilling into any metal they start to dull quickly.
I learned that using them at slower speeds works better and keeps them sharper, but still for the price I thought they would be a lot better than the Shockwave bits from Milwaukee.
Not a huge improvement in my opinion, but still a step up.

Great set of drill bit
This set of cobalt drill bits by Milwaukee are perfect if you are looking for a bit to got through metal, cast iron, or wood. The bits have long life when using in either of the materials and makes a nice clean entry and exit holes.
The set comes with 6 bits ranging from 1/16 to 5/16. Each of the larger size bits have the quad edge tip that allows it to stay sharper longer.
Overall a nice set of drill bits that I would recommend.
