yes it does however if you are using a saw that is not the m-series saw you will need a 6mm hex wrench it comes with saw and look good at install info. the lock handles go on back side and lift forward

I have the electric model with the 12" blade, but probably the stand is the same. I remember having problems either assembling the stand or attaching the brackets to the saw. Milwaukee provided poor instructions, and no on-line videos helped. I don't recall how I finally figured this out, but maybe photos of the bolt and bracket will help. I have attached two. The top view shows a black plate between the saw base and the bracket; the bolt passes through this plate. The bottom view shows that the bolt passes through a narrow plate on the underside of the bracket. The narrow plate includes a threaded hole which enables it to serve as a nut for the bolt.
