Refreshing!
A simple and versatile gaiter that will do essentially anything you want of it. The material has a nice stretch to it but doesn't feel like it's clinging to your skin. At first I was concerned that the gaiter wouldn't stay in place, but the draw string keeps everything snug and in place which prevents it from sliding around. Wearing the gaiter during the peak heat of the day not only helped me keep cool but also kept the sun off my skin. My two main uses thus far has been over the nose/mouth as a mask for weed whacking and edging as it keeps the dirt/dust from getting to me. As well as over the head to keep the sweat off of my face as well as holding my glasses in place when doing yard work. Overall very pleased with the gaiter and look forward to using it more.

Comfortable and well designed
The Milwaukee neck gaiter is a lot nicer than other gaiters I've had in the past. I like to use it to keep cool when it's hot out but it's also a nice layer to wear when riding a bike and it's a little chilly. My favorite feature about it is the drawstring at the top. This allows me to adjust the fit and get it just right so it goes around my nose but under my glasses. Getting the right fit with other gaiters is hard and eventually they stretch out and don't fit as well. The stitching seems sturdy and like it will last a long time, another nice one from Milwaukee.

Looks Great, Works Great
I'll be using the Milwaukee Red Gaiter mostly for doing yard work and other DIY jobs, to avoid inhaling dust and airborne debris. It has a good snug fit, and inhaling by mouth, it pulls up to my lips, so I know that it's drawing air through the fabric, not through the crevices around my nose. It's soft, tightens firmly and doesn't come loose. I like that it wicks away moisture when the weather is warm and doesn't feel wet. I'm of medium build (5' 11" 185) and it fits pretty well. Overall, I like it a lot and would recommend.

Comfortable and easy to use.
This is great to have on hand in the workroom. I use it when I am cutting the lawn to keep the grass and dust out of my nose and mouth. It also works great when I am using a power saw to keep the sawdust from flying in my face. It is very comfortable. It can also protect you hair. It is light weight and stays cool, breathes well. It has SPF 50 protection from the sun so it's great to use outdoors and it keeps you cool.

A very versatile gaiter
My Dermatologist wants me to cover up when working outside. This gaiter has many different ways you can use it. The fabric is very smooth and comfortable. There is also a drawstring on one end of the gaiter that would be handy if you were wearing the gaiter over your nose. Another way to wear it is to soak the gaiter in water, then hook one of the open ends over your head and let the tail hang down the back of your head. The evaporation will give you a cooling effect.

Milwuakee Neckskin
Milwuakee Neck skins are nice, very comfortable and it breaths. It can protect you from extreme heats of outside work and not make someone uncomfortable. At the same time it can act as a wind break to help avoid wind burns in the off season.. Its stylish and comes with a draw string to keep it from opening up once you have it sitting comfortably in place..

A Gator that doesn't bite
The Milwaukee Workskin is a neck gator made from nylon and spandex which will help protect you from the sun and wind. The one size fits all design with an adjustable rear drawstring allows for up to five different configurations. Slipped over your head and around the neck and you have UPF 50 sun protection, which blocks 98% of UV rays. Raise it over your mouth and you have sun and wind protection of your lips. A bit higher over the nose provides protection from airborne particles. As a bandana it can keep sweat from running into your eyes. Finally, you can use it as a cap to ward off the morning chills and of course protect scalp from the sun.
The material is machine washable, and quick drying. By wetting the Workskin and placing it around your neck or head, it you can keep you cooler as you work in the sun. Whether working or playing outside the Workskin is handy product to have in your pocket or tool box.

Designed for warm weather use!
When I ordered this gaiter, I hoped that I could use it when I’m out snowblowing to keep my neck and lower half of my face warm. Unfortunately, that’s not what it was designed for. It is comfortable being worn around the neck and will help to keep the wind out, so I will use it during the winter. What it really does do well is to stay in place and keep the sun off of your skin! It provides UPF 50 protection from UV rays. I was very pleased to see that it fit over my large head with no problem but if your head is closer to an average size, don’t worry. There’s an adjustable rear drawstring, so you can tighten it so it stays in place. Because it’s “breathable”, it should wick moisture very effectively and help to keep the covered areas cool. It’s treated with anti-odor protection but if it gets sweaty, I’d want to rinse it out after each use.
Milwaukee advertises that this gaiter can be worn in 5 ways. Technically, it can. Here they are:
1. Above the nose (mask)
2. Below the nose (mask)
3. Around the neck (neckerchief)
4. Around the forehead (bandanna)
5. Over the head (cap)
I don’t think that the last 2 are very practical though. I looked on the packaging to see if there was a description of what the material is made of and for washing instructions. Nothing was there but I did find that information on the inside of the gaiter near the bottom. It’s 86% Nylon and 14% Spandex. It should only be washed in cold water without bleach – no ironing or dry cleaning.
I don’t have any idea of how durable this is. I’m concerned that my whiskers will damage it, so I’m only giving it 4 stars. Other than that, if you need a product like this, Milwaukee has it for you!
