This is an excellent starter combo kit for the average homeowner who needs to fix stuff up around the house. It has a ncie variety of tools and includes three batteries and a nice durable case! The batteries have a good life span, but the 12 volt sometimes doesn't provide enough power for those bigger projects. I had to quickly swap batteries out when drilling multiple holes with my whole saw blade. I like the battery indicator light on the drills. However, the batteries quickly charge which is nice.

It's a nice kit at the special price of $200. If you count the bag it divides out to $20 a tool which is unheard of for Milwaukee tools. Glad to have them. I already have a couple other M12 tools so it was a nice gift for myself. I love that they have built in LED lights and a fuel gauge. There's a few things I don't like. The drill seems slow in both speeds than I'm used to. The sawzall is underpowered and the fixed shoe can make you re position. The flashlight is okay but its focal point is fixed and so only good at certain distances. Also the magnet is pretty good but metal isn't everywhere and a hook would be a nice addition. We'll see how they do with more use.

For the price it was a good deal. However the drill doesn't have as much torque as I thought it would, it bogs down more easily than my previous drill. You also get 3 batteries with the purchase so you will never run out of batteries and you can operate multiple tools without changing batteries. Overall a good purchase. I have had it for about a month and use it daily on my job. It meets my expectations.

The dooring casings on three interior doors have to be cut out and replaced, the permanently glued linoleum in the kitchen removed, the hardware on the fence upgraded, the old bathroom grout has to be cut out, the mailbox repaired, and most of the baseboards sanded down and refinished. Hackzall and Multi-Tool removed and replaced the kitchen drain and adhesives that were cemented on the plumbing pipes. The powerful M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Battery makes childplay out of old, corroded pipes and hardened adhesives. The battery works hard and holds up under pressure. The tools are compact without sacrifing performance, which is crucial when working in dark, tight spaces. Fuel gauges give you a heads up, so you'll never be caught off guard when finishing a project under time restraints. The drill and driver takes 10 minute jobs down to 2 minutes, and since time is money I have to work smarter. The flashlight is awesome, too. The M12 12 Volt Lithium Ion cordless combo kit is a nice little kit to have. The combination of tools covers most household work projects. All of which are lightweight and cordless. The 5 tool kit comes with a worklight, a 1/4" hex impact driver. A Hackzall reciprocating saw.A 3/8" Drill/Driver.A multi tool with several sanding discs. The charging station and 3 individual batteries. Each tool that I used worked remarkably well for cordless tools. I would not want to be without these tools around the house.

Very nice versatile set of tools for around the home. Theses tools use the versatile M12 battery system from Milwaukee. I have had a few tools from their product line and I wanted to upgrade a few more. All of the tools are well made and sturdy. It comes with a 3/8 drill driver and 1/4 in hex impact driver which I really love. These tools fit comfortable and balanced in my hand and each has plenty of torque to drive into dense woods like oak. It also comes with a multi-tool, which I love for unique jobs like cutting out outlets in drywall and making fine wood cuts in trim. There is also a one handed Hackzall which fits standard blades and is made for maneuvering into tighter spaces and light material cutting. Included is a sturdy bag to store and carry all of your tools as well as a flashlight that is included is a bonus but its simply a basic flashlight. All of this and I was impressed that it arrived with 3 batteries and a charger. Great set of quality tools.

The items contained in this kit are: M12 3/8" drill/driver, M12 Cordless Hackzall reciprocating saw, M12 Cordless 1/4" hex impact driver, M12 cordless multi-tool, Cordless work light, M12 Li-ion Battery charger and 3 batteries. This are compact models to get into any tight space. The work light has an adjustable head to shine right where the light is needed. The multi tool works for sanding in corners as it comes with triangular sanding discs and it can saw in areas to cut down trim as when doing flooring so you won't have to remove & reinstall the trim.
