Is this oscillating tool as loud as a corded oscillating tool?

When using the tool the blade will move left or right . It is in the holder correctly and it's tight the holder moves
Asked by Blaz December 28, 2020I'm not sure what your question is. The blade attaches over the teeth in the working end of the tool, then is secured with the slotted hold-down screw that is tightened with a screwdriver. Once the tool is turned on, the blade then rotates very quickly back & forth (left/right/left/right etc.) which when held against a surface, then cuts through that material you're trying to cut. The same back & forth action is used with sanding pad attachments to become a sander. If this did not answer your question, please restate it more clearly.

Asked by David August 26, 2020Your skin? Yes. But you'd have to really not be paying attention. The blade sticks way out in front. There is really never any reason to have your fingers or any part of your body where the cutting is taking place. If your asking if it'll skin that body you have in the basement.. yes, but it is quite noisy.
