Battery Dead after a little over one year..
I have been using the battery for a little more than a year, I take good care of it. It stays inside the climate controlled house. The other day it only shows 1 bar of charge; the charger light turns green but there is only one bar charging. I’m very disappointed and never had to deal with Milwaukee customer service before, depending how that goes it might be time to bite the bullet and move all my tools to a better platform.

One of the batteries was bad from the start. Just took it to the Milwaukee store and they exchanged it on the spot. No worries. Very happy.

very disapointes
Purchased this at Home Depot and it lasted 10 days before it would not charge fully anymore. I tried to get a new replacment throigh The manufacturer and just kept getting the run around. I have lots of Mulwalkee products andwill not buy any more high output products.
