Very disappointed with this Milwaukee product
I own an electrical contracting company. And every tool I purchase for my business has been Milwaukee. Recently purchased this vacuum to help my guys clean up. But after just a few uses we are extremely disappointed. It’s awkwardly heavy, clogs very easily, very little debris ever makes it to the catch canister. We spend more time cleaning out the vacuum so that it will work then we do cleaning up our mess. This will be the only Milwaukee tool I’ve ever returned for poor performance.

Don’t waste your money.
This vacuum was a complete waste of money and I’m extremely disappointed.
The vacuum quickly lost suction power. Not much debris was making it into the canister. Open the side compartment and the vacuum was extremely plugged up for trying to clean up a small mess I spent more time unclogging the vacuum that I actually spent using it. Wish I never would’ve wasted my money on this

cant get everything right, rite?
nobodies perfect including milwaukee im a journeyman ironworker and a roughneck when i get tired of traveling to erect iron. i gotta be 40 thousand + nvested in milwaukee with no complaints xcept customer service but its worthless it gets clogged to easy and u have to constantly reset possibly from to much sucking power with to little of a diameter tube definitely dont buy but i do recommend everything else . from a man that works 2 of the top 10 most dangerous jobs in america please listen

Sad . returned it
I'm on ryobi and milwaukee platforms . bought this . garabge. I used to think if it said milwaukee , it was the law. bought this and garbage. won't stand up . feels cheap. got clogged quick . suction is weak . returned it , bought the ryobi stick vac.

Clogs quickly and canister hinge broke
I like many of the features, like the powered head attachment. Unfortunately it clogs very easily and you absolutely have to avoid hair. The canister hinge broke with light use. I have four other M18 vacuums and this one is by far the most problematic.

Clog City
I’ve had this vacuum for a little longer than a year and I just made the decision to give up on it. I have experienced a 100% clog rate with this vacuum. The box that is meant to fill up with dirt never has any in it. Surprisingly bad for a Milwaukee.

The powerhead is great but the suction seems to clog up all the time the filter light constantly comes on so you got to clean it all out very annoying.we use it only for when we’re leaving the customers house to make everything look good.

Fails on mats, rugs, or carpets higher than 1/4 inch
I’ll jump straight to the point. Forget about buying this vacuum if you’re thinking about using it with any type of rug, floor mat, or carpet higher than 1/4”. With the brush head being so low, the suction force seals the head to the carpet which then triggers the vac to auto-shutoff. This is a major flaw and a big disappointment since I had hoped the Milwaukee could handle more than just flat bare floors. Instead of a cordless Dyson or Shark, I decided on the Milwaukee because I already had a bunch of other M18 batteries and could easily swap if power ran out. I had read through the various negative reviews, but decided to still give it a chance. Well, the negative reviews were right and this issue is a disappointing deal breaker, so back to the store it goes.
