Durable as 15 Amp Corded
This reciprocating saw is great and durable. It has much power that other cordless and corded saws. Easy to use quik-lok to replace blades, variable speed to change, and LED work light. This has on / off orbital feature for the types of demand on work. Heavy, but it helps cutting. I have three high output 6.0 ah batteries and dual bay rapid charger. I use this for my carpentry / wood framing job.

Unstoppable power!!
This tool is the king of all sawzalls. Even though it is cordless I have never used a more powerful sawzall. It delivers the same power as a 15 amp corded reciprocating saw, but what makes it really aggressive and powerful is the orbital option which really allows the saw to rip through whatever material you are cutting. There is a dial on the top of the tool that allows you turn the orbital option on and off. There is also a variable speed dial that allows you to get smoother cuts depending on what you working with. The quik-lok blade clamp allows you to switch blades in and out without needing a tool. With a 1 1/4” stroke this sawzall removes a lot more material than previous models and generates 3000 strokes per minute. There is also a hook on the side so that you can park the sawzall on wood or pipes etc. It’s not a question of whether this tool can generate enough power, but I find that it’s more about how long the blades can last.
The bare tool weighs 8.8 lbs and I typically run an 8.0 High Output battery with it to keep the overall weight down. Cast iron, studs, nails, PVC, all don’t stand a chance against this sawzall. I usually only use Milwaukee Wrecker blades (48-00-5241) with this tool as it allows me to cut into metal or wood without having to change out the blade. I have yet to feel like this tool is lacking in any way through all the demo jobs that I have worked on. Great investment and make sure to do a good job of cleaning out the tool, I like to use an air compressor and blow out all the dust.

Cuts Through Whatever I Put In Front of It!!
I bought this opposed to the smaller non super-sawzall variant because I had a 5 1/2” log I had to cut through along with tons of 1-3” roots and this thing ate through all of it. It cut through the log so clean I could make one of those trendy plates out of the slice!!

Incredible Power
This is such an insane upgrade from my craftsman. I used this kit to get the 12AH for outdoor power equipment. I needed a new sawzall so it was the perfect fit on sale for Black Friday. Also got 3 and 6AH batteries so I had variety. The saw and battery are heavy but solid. With a carbide tipped blade I cut through an 8” piece of round oak like nothing. I have limited use with it so far but I have not been able to bog the saw down at all. Also the adjustable speed is really useful for limiting speed on metal. I have not played with orbital mode much but it definitely makes the saw feel more violent. I see this lasting me a very long time. It’s a fantastic piece of hardware. Getting the upgraded rapid charger was also a bonus!

This machine has performed way better than I anticipated and is a platinum star performer on my ranch cutting rr ties, trees(10" dia), various metal items here and there, and I'm very pleased with ultimately the overall price point, package, and quality.
Extremely good product and with the 12ah HD battery that came with it--it really can go along way slicing and dicing as you need it to.
It's got a "necessity for doomsday survival" aura about it.

This is my absolute favorite sawzall. I do commercial plumbing and it handles everything I have thrown it’s way from steel pipe to pvc. And at home I have even cut a 4” think tree down with it. I have went 2 full days of cutting pvc on one 8.0 battery.
