Bought two of these sweaters. One showed up a completely different shade of black, and the other one has a broken button. These are brand new and now I gotta find a babysitter take a day off work box them back up go back to Home Depot stand in that dumb line and return someone else’s mistake. Where is the QC department on these jacked up jackets? I love Milwaukee but this just sucks!

The rest of the hoody is made somewhat cheap mine ripped in the second week of owning. If you are inside the heat on the jacket is nice, step outside and the warm feeling goes away. Very cheap material, sometimes if you are working hard the reflective materials in the jacket will make you hot from your own body heat escaping. More like a fall/spring jacket but more of a novelty

The battery pack is very bulky. Made even bulkier by carrying multiple batteries. Only one battery gives you an hour or so of heat. The sweatshirt is quality but you can buy a quality sweatshirt and heated base layer with 3-4x battery life for 1/2 the price. Only reason to buy this is keep up with the joneses. Which is why I regret this purchase.

Bait and Switch. The item I ordered said it came with a 3ah battery, It did Not. They refused to honor and changed the listing after I contacted them. Horrible experience

advertise with 3.0 battery only comes with 2.0 battery. customer service is unhelpful.

My 3x jacket came with the 2.0 when it’s advertised as a 3.0 battery.

I will share some specifications and features of this heated hoodie kit then share my personal experience. This kit includes the hoodie, CP2.0 Battery, M12 charger, M12 battery holder, and operator's manual. The hoodie has a soft brushed fleece interior. The carbon fiber coils generate heat and the optimized liner transfers the heat. There are 3 heat settings high, medium, and low. With the included battery you can use high for 2 hours, medium for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours. The fitted hood gives you a full range of motion. There is a hidden zippered pocket on the side that allows you to place the battery in the front or back side of your hoodie. The utility pockets are double stitched and reinforced on the edges with a canvas type of material. This hoodie can be machine washed on gentle and tumble dried on low. It was made in Vietnam. I am a UPS delivery driver. I am 5'7 140 lbs. I decided to get a size large and it fits great. I am always looking for products to make working in extreme conditions more comfortable. We deliver in snow storms and really cold winters here. I recently bought a heated lunch bag for warming and cooking meals while on the road. Although the hot meals warm me up it does not keep me warm for long. When I came across this hoodie I knew this would be the cure for the cold. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package was how thick and well made it is. I charged the battery, plugged in my sweatshirt, and powered it on. I like that the heat level indicator illuminates and identifies which heat level you are on. This sweatshirt is comfortable and moves with your body unlike other stiff hoodies I have. The zippered compartment that holds your battery is large and allows you to carry other items like keys, wallet, powerbank, etc... I decided to get an extra battery to ensure I have heat throughout my work shift. I also have a powerbank with a 12v output that works with this sweatshirt but the powerbank is a little too big to have on me while I'm working. I do use the power bank when I'm just laying still on movie nights in the yard. This kit included the M12 heated gear battery holder with a 12v output. I have a 12v lighter socket plug (sold separately) I can use to charge my phone or power other 12v low amp items with my Milwaukee battery in case of an emergency. This hoodie is not just great for the cold. I have realized it is also great for upper back pain relief. I fell off of a roof a few years ago and my back has never been the same. When I have this hoodie powered on my back feels so much better. I definitely recommend this hoodie to anyone who lives or works in a cold environment, has a cold intolerance, or needs something to soothe upper back pain. This would be a great item to keep in your car while traveling through cold climates for emergencies. If you were to break down or get stuck in a snow storm you can use this to keep you warm or use the battery and holder to charge your phone if you get an adapter. I did read someone's comment who said they didn't like the battery being held in the sweatshirt. You can by an extension cord to keep the battery in your pants pocket or in a pouch on your belt. Me personally I don't mind having the battery inside of the shirt while I'm working. I have a gazebo where I like to sit outside and do movie nights. Some nights it does get really Chilli out there but with this sweatshirt I can lay out there and stay toasty. I had to get a second heated sweatshirt because my girlfriend kept stealing the first one I got on movie night. Now we can both lay outside on a Chilli night comfortably. Everyone who has seen this sweatshirt wants one now. I will be getting more Milwaukee heated gear for myself. I'm also going to get my father a camo heated jacket for his hunting trips. I highly recommend this hoodie.

Feels pretty tight in the forearms, the fabric is ok, feels and looks a little thicker than a regular hoodie that won’t take a rain or a cold wind but the worst part is the elements since they’re VERY small. I’m leaving two pictures with the temperature set to mid.

The hoodie fabric is nice and soft. I’ve washed and dried it a few times using the Delicates cycle as recommended without any issue. Mine came out of the package with a small stain on the chest that hasn’t come out, but given it’s going to get dirty anyway, I didn’t care. I’m 6’ tall, 160 lbs, with long arms and the size large fits as I like it (just slightly baggy). I usually float between Medium and Large sizes depending on the sleeve length and in this case I chose sleeve length over having the heating elements tight to my back and chest. I’m not planning to layer this since it may be too bulky and warm, but I’ll know better once winter arrives. The first time I wore this was while working at home when outdoor temps dropped into the low 50’s and it was just too soon to turn on our home’s heating system. Worked like a charm and probably saved us some money given recent heating costs. The second time was a fall, evening walk when temperatures were in the low to mid 50’s. I was very comfortable and didn’t need to unzip it. Both times I had it on the high setting since the low and medium settings are subtle. The included M12 2.0 Ah battery lasted almost 4 hours on high, which surprised me, but the battery is brand new. Luckily I have enough batteries to keep it running all day since I’ll be back to working outside once the paperwork is done. The battery is a little bulky in my pocket, but it’s worth it to be comfortable. Charger included too.
