This adapter washer for multi-tool blades says it is for use on two Dremel multi-tool models. I used it on one other brand multi-tool and it fit perfectly to hold the blade securely without loosening from all the vibrations that these multi-tools generate while working. I used to add a regular washer to hold my blade in the tool which takes time to take the nut off & add the washer & then tighten back. With this hardened steel adapter with an open section I don't have to remove the nut completely off, just slightly loosen it and slip the adapter in & tighten back & continue with my waork.

I have a Dremel MM40, which is interchangeable with the Dremel MM45, which means I cannot use the Milwaukee Oscillating multi-tool blades because they don't fit (center opening is too large). Thanks to this adapter kit, I'm able to use my Milwaukee metal and wood cutting blades after all! Using these adapters is very easy. First, I mount the oscillating blade to the tool's mounting pins, then I slide the adapter so the middle wraps around the post and making sure the flat side makes contact with the blade, then I lock the blade in using the handle. I'm able to make cut after cut and the blade + adapter stays in place. These adapters are a lifesaver!

Worked well as advertised. Held the blades in place if installed correctly. A little clumsy to install for someone like me who has arthritic fingers but this product sure helps when using generic blades. Especially when the high end blades ( costly) don’t last any longer than the generics. Will definitely purchase again,
