When I started installing wood grained vinyl floors throughout the whole house, I didn't realize how much door trim and door jambs would need to be trimmed to allow room for the flooring so no gaps would show in the final product. The oscillating multi-tool proved to be invaluable for this task as well as making complex cuts in the flooring. The bargain brand blade that I started with worked well for a while, but this one finished that job and has held up through several other wood working tasks.

This Milwaukee 1-3/8” high carbon steel oscillating Japanese teeth blade is a value as a 3 pack. I like that the blade is a universal fit, so even though my multi tool is a different brand than Milwaukee it still works. The Japanese teeth style blades have very long teeth which are designed to remove more material faster. It is designed for hardwood, drywall and PVC cutting applications. I tested this blade on a 1 inch thick piece of Cedarwood. The blade cut easily sideways through the wood, but I seemed to have to apply a lot of force to do a plunge cut directly through the middle of a board. I then tried cutting through a knot on the board which is much harder wood, and again this blade seems to take quite a long time to make it through. This blade is also harder to control than finer tooth blades I have previously used, probably due to the longer teeth which make the blade kick when you first touch the piece of wood. Overall I would say this 3 pack of blades is a good value to have, and does a decent job cutting many materials.

This Milwaukee 1-3/8” high carbon steel oscillating wood cutting blade works great! I like that it is a universal fit blade, so even though my oscillating multi tool is a different brand than Milwaukee this blade still works. I tested this blade on a piece of 1 inch Cedarwood. I was able to cut the the board sideways and I did a plunge cut straight through the middle of the board with very little pressure needed. This blade cuts so well that it feels like you’re just pushing through hot butter when cutting wood. I even went through a knot on the board which is much harder wood, and it went through that with ease as well. I have not tried it on drywall or PVC piping yet, but I would imagine it would cut those with ease as well as they are even softer than the piece of wood I tried it on. FYI these oscillating multi tool type of blades work much better than reciprocating saw blades as they cut much finer lines and do not make as much debris. Overall this Milwaukee blade is a must have if you have a oscillating multi tool.

MILWAUKEE 1-3/8 IN. HIGH CARBON STEEL UNIVERSAL FIT WOOD CUTTING MULTI-TOOL OSCILLATING BLADE: I have a Ryobi multi-tool and the Milwaukee universal fit blades adds over 25 cutting accessories to my Ryobi's repertoire. I like this fine blade for enabling me to make precise cuts in wood, surgically precise. On a recent drawer project I was able to precisely cut out 3/8 " deep by 1/3/8" pieces to in the drawer backs that allowed the bottom mounted frames to run through the drawers. I've also used it to install the striker plates for door hardware in a fraction of the tip it takes me to do it with a mallet and chisel, and with less bulk that with a router.

These Milwaukee High Carbon Steel Universal Fit Wood Cutting Oscillating Multi-Tool blades make quick work of wood cuts. The blades are very strong and durable, and they cut though a 2x8 like butter. The blade did not seem to dull at all after working my way through about a dozen different cuts on my fence, and the blade doesn't flex very much all which really helps with cutting straight lines. This blade also worked well on thick laminate flooring. The teeth are super strong and are angled just right so they don't cake up with sawdust. The blade comes complete with a Dremel adapter if you have that brand, however, I installed this blade on a 15 year old Craftsman and it worked perfectly. The fit was nice and tight. I will continue to buy these Milwaukee blades for my woodworking needs.

This Milwaukee High Carbon Steel Japanese Teeth Hardwood Cutting Oscillating Multi-Tool Blade rea...
This Milwaukee High Carbon Steel Japanese Teeth Hardwood Cutting Oscillating Multi-Tool Blade really gets the job done. For the longest time I would make specialty cuts and trimmings of my flooring using a jigsaw, and it would constantly chip the edges, even if I covered the cut with tape. With this blade, it cut right through my flooring super fast, and really clean, and I didn't have to cover the cut with tape to protect from chipping. This blade is really durable, it never felt like it was going to bend or deform when making the cuts, and it was really easy to install. The universal fit was just what I was looking for because I have a really old Craftsman Multi-Tool and I didn't want to upgrade the tool because it still works really well. It also comes complete with a Dremel adapter if that happens to be what you have. The teeth are extremely sharp and durable, and after a couple dozen cuts it didn't seem to be slowing down or dulling at all, and I was cutting through laminate flooring that has continuously been dulling circular saw blades.

10 extra blades, it's a deal
10 blades with additional 10 extra blades at same cost as the other models. It's a deal. 20 blades and a carrying case under $20 really satisfied. The blades are majority thin keef, fine teeth for thin metals, plastic, drywall. It's great for m12 hackzall. They do wear fast when cutting heavier metals and such. Still cant pass up the deal when your almost out of blades.

Japanese Teeth are a plus! I'm falling in love with these multi-tool machines. They are so versatile and can be used in many different situations. I got this blade for some projects coming up, but wanted to try it out on some PVC pipe to see how it worked. I have one of these Multi-tools that was always loosing up and after experimenting, found out the brand of blade was the cause. This Milwaukee is one of the good ones. Once I got it tightened, it held fast to the notches in the arbor and made a secure cut. On PVC it went quickly through the material and allowed me to make a pretty straight cut without drawing a line. I'm looking forward to starting my project and using this blade.

The Milwaukee Japanese hardwood multi tool blade is a very durable and fast cutting blade through hardwoods. The blade breezed through Oak cuts. The blade cut quickly no matter the cutting angle. This blade would be great for cutting hardwood trim when installing flooring. After several cuts, there was not any sign of wear on the blade. Made in the USA.

The Milwaukee 1-3/8 high carbon steel universal multi tool blade is a good, general wood cutting blade. The wide cuts wood fast when installing a new floor. It held up after multiple cuts and appears to still be sharp. It did not dull quickly like cheap blades. This blade would be great for general use when not cutting into anything but wood. Made in the USA.

Amazing multi tool blade for hard and soft woods! I love this blade and have used it in a variety of applications so far. I use multitools for quick and easy cuts and for tight spaces that I can't use my other larger saws on, and this blade is a perfect addition to the multitool! I made cuts in Walnut, Cherry and Poplar wood and the blade preformed to my greatest expectations! And that was while using the cheapest multi tool I could find so that I could really see if these blades were worth it! My favorite thing about this blade is how clean it makes plunge cuts! It is easy to control and turning down the speed on the multi tool doesn't limit its performance. I have only owned this blade for a little while but I am in love with the quality and excited to try it with nicer multitools.

I was really excited to try this product, when I see Japanese tooth blades the first thing I think of is Flush Cutting Dowels, so I put it to the test (see my video) and also cut several hardwoods with this blade. It preformed flawlessly, and that was while I was using the cheapest multitool available to me! I am excited to buy the new m12 FUEL multitools coming out soon by Milwaukee and see how much of a difference a nicer tool makes. The curved blade was surprisingly accurate and made it really easy to control and I found that turning the speed down on the oscillating tool helped a ton for precise cuts.

These blades get the job done. The selection will cover most projects and they fit well into standard reciprocating saws. I just started rebuilding a deck and I found the long one worked well for tearing off the old boards. The blade tore right through the nails and screws that were in the way. They did not bend as other brands have and held up to the demolition job.

This is a review of Milwaukee's Item #49-22-5505 5 pc carbide-tooth recip saw blades. Included in the kit are: 2 ea 9" 5 tpi wood [and cement board] blades; 2 ea 6" 7 tpi metal blades; and 1 9" 7 tpi metal blade. The metal blades are good for cutting soft steel up to 1/2" thick as well as stainless, cast iron. In the first week of use, I was very impressed how well the 9" 5 tpi "wood" blade did cutting through the dirt-embedded roots of a crepe myrtle ... I know I would have gone through dozens of those cheap 'pruning' all-steel blades. I also had no problems cutting through 4" ABS pipe with either of the 9" blades. I've used the 6" metal blades to hack through pig iron [gas line pipe] rather than beat myself up with a true pipecutter. At first I thought they were a little pricey, but they'll treat you well if you don't abuse them. The teeth aren't the most aggressive, but they'll last.

Great wood and metal cutting reciprocating saw blade set. The set includes 3 large blades (two wood and one thick metal) and two small blades (thick metal). There is no included case. The carbide teeth allow the blades to easily cut through wood and metal with ease. So far, the blades have worked great in my Milwaukee sawzall and the blades seem to be holding up well without any noticeable wear.

The Milwaukee SAWZALL blades comes with 2 blades that are made for nails in embedded wood, 1 blade for thick metal, as well as 2 shorter blades for thick metal. I used the blades in my Milwaukee reciprocating saw as well as my Craftsman and the blades worked fine in both. I have only had them a short time, but they seem like they are going to last a while.

I have burned through several reciprocating saw blades during my "heavy DIY" work I have been doing as part of a major home renovation. Part of that project has required several instances of cutting into wall studs and subfloors, of course which include framing nails. I had found that other brands of saw blades seem to be only good for a few uses, then they lose their cutting ability rather quickly. Anticipating this I liked that this product included several blades together. However, after a few uses of the wood blade, it still cuts rather well and seems to hold up better than other brands. I have yet to try the metal blades, but will likely use them to cut 1.5 inch EMT for my next electrical project. The blades will quickly look bad as they will lose the paint job on the surface, but they still work just fine.

I've used these Bi-Metal blades for a while now and they are really nice, I'm very happy with them! This set 49-22-1110) is a true bargain at under $15 and it comes with a case that can hold all 10 blades plus another 8 if needed. I was originally just going to get a few of the shorter blades as I only had the longer 12" Milwaukee blades, but this kit was so inexpensive that it was a no brainer! In the past I've used these for demo work and they last & last, the only thing that I found was they cannot bend as much as cheaper blades (those bend more than 30+ degrees). If you are trying to cut thru nail embedded wood, these wood blades are great for that! See in the pics below the aggressive teeth on the wood/nail blades and also the first tooth design (point) that makes it easier to plunge cut, very nice!. This set makes it so hand to grab the right blade, no more looking thru the bottom of the tool bag for 5 minutes for the right blade! LOL Blades included: (3) 6" Thin Metal cutting blades from 1/16"- 3 1/6" 24 TPI (3) 6" Metal cutting blades from 1/4"- 7/16" 14 TPI (1) 9" Metal cutting blade 18 TPI (1) 9" Wood/nail cutting blade 5 TPI (2) 6" Wood/nail cutting blades 5 TPI If you found this review helpful please check the box, thanks! These Milwaukee "Torch" Sawzall blades are much thicker than any of the other blades I have used, and they make short work of wood and metal. There is a nice assortment of blades for cutting metal (cast iron piping, for example) and wood with nails. The teeth are aggressive and the carbide tips mean that they'll stay sharp much longer than standard blades.

Another great product from the people at Milwaukee. These are heavy duty Sawzall blades which worked very well when tearing apart my old cedar deck and replacing it with a new one. The blades made quick work of the old wood and screws and are thicker than the standard blade which should make them last longer. This is a must have set for anyone doing demolition whether you are a pro or DIYer.

I love this 5 piece Sawzall demolition wood and metal cutting saw blade. I have been cutting some landscap timber and 6 by 6 lumber with these blades and they are holding up great. They even cut thru nails and it don't even hurt them one bit they just keep on going. I haven't try the metal cutting blades yet but I will be in the vey near future. If there like the wood cutting blades they do just fine. They are very durable and sturdy. You want go wrong in getting these blades they do a lot of cutting and they stay sharp for along time I haven't wore one out yet. All five of mine still going very strong.

I ordered these Milwaukee carbide tooth reciprocating saw blades for projects around the house and farm. This is a pack of 5 high quality blades. 2 of the blades are 9" for wood demo, even if nail/metal embedded. 3 of the blades are for metal cutting up to 1/2" thick. One metal blade is 9", the other 2 are 6". I use my sawzall for limb trimming and these work fast. I recommend this blade set for pros or DIYers.

I consider a Sawzall to be more of a destroyer than a precision cutting tool ( although it is possible to make fairly precise cuts if you are careful. ) These carbide blades are perfect for the destroyer role. In this useful package, you get three metal blades and two wood blades, the difference being the size and shape of the teeth. The wood blades will easily go through any odd metal bits they encounter. One thing that will dull any kind of saw blade is soil, so I would not waste these good blades on tree roots. These blades seem a little thicker and stiffer than typical sawzall blades.

This is a good all-purpose set of sawblades that has a few for just about every application. The wood blades perform great for 2x4 demolition, and the metal blades made short work of some 1/8" mild steel bars I needed to cut. The carrying case is a really nice bonus, and helps keep the blades that come with the kit organized. It's even got room for more blades as well. No more fumbling around in the tool bag or drawer to find the right one!
