Designed for comfort, speed and performance the Minky Ergo ironing board has a unique double sided rest, specially shaped to follow a natural arm movement for both left and right handed users. The Prozone cover has a heat reflective metallic coating concentrated at the nose end of the board for faster crease removal, while the extra thick felt underlay gives a smooth ironing surface. The handy flex guide prevents your iron cord from tangling/snagging and can be easily clipped into your chosen position. The robust four leg design, with a contemporary gunmetal finish, provides strength and stability in use. For ease of use, the universal height mechanism allows the Ergo board to be positioned exactly at your preferred working height, up to 37 inches.     A:  Dear valued Minky customer. Unfortunately, the iron rest cannot be removed on this particular ironing board but we do have ironing boards which are tailor made for such cases such as our Hot Spot with a Scorch Resist parking zone.

        Q:Is there any way to attach an electrical extension cord underneath via a clip or other fastener for plugging in the iron? Thanks

        A:  Not the best when it comes to attaching a cord. I have a large iron and it does not stay well in the iron holder and the ironing cord keeps getting stuck.
