How Much To Use
The Miracle-Gro Potting Mix 25 QT bag will fill three 10-inch containers.
Choose Container
Find a container with a drain hole and fill one third with potting mix.
Plant
Loosen the root ball and place plant into the container.
Add More Mix
Add more potting mix up to 1 inch from the top and press lightly.
Water
Water thoroughly and let drain.
Lighting Tips
Plants vary in their lighting requirements. Refer to plant tags for specific lighting needs.
Watering Tips
Let mix dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water.

Do not buy!
This soil is way too acidic for growing anything! We used 1/2 potting soil and 1/2 garden soil as recommended by Miracle Grow for our raised beds and everything turned yellow, pests are abundant and there are pine trees growing in it! We filled another bed with the same 1/2, 1/2 mixture of Jolly Gardener brand, the same vegetables, and that bed is beautiful! I will never buy Miracle Grow again. Buy the cheaper option and save a lot of hard work and heartache!

This product feeds for 1-2 months. We recommend to begin regular feeding with Miracle-Gro plant food thirty days after planting. This product is formulated from (one or more of the following: processed forest products, peat, coir, and/or compost), and sphagnum peat moss, perlite (white granules), fertilizer (yellow balls) and a wetting agent. Outdoor soil must be mixed at least 50/50 with the native existing earth. Otherwise, distinct soil layers will form. These layers are not good for the growth of plants.

Compost, twigs, and rocks?
Other brands may have this compost-like mix but I have never had so many large rocks in a bag of soil. (I found even more rocks after taking this photo.)
