Questions & Answers

Is this good to plant tomatoes seeds directly into this product?

Is this good to plant tomatoes seeds directly into this product?
Asked by: Hoppy
Tomato seeds grow best in seed starter soil . Start the seeds indoors around mid March so they should be big enough to plant outside in May (6-8 weeks). Then plant the plants directly into this product. After 2 weeks and every two weeks thereafter fertilizer with Miracle grow. You'll get great tomatoes. PS If you have some ground up egg shells put a tablespoon in the hole when you you put the plants out side. Good luck

Are these good for strawberries?
Asked by: Vince
Based on my experience and numerous bad reviews, I would not recommend it and return it to Home Depot if you already purchased it. It is dead soil.
