I used these in a small room in my workshop that houses a large 80 gallon compressor. The room was built to hold back some of the compressor noise, but the way it’s set up means the sound still resonates inside, and it could even be heard at the far end of my 3200 square foot workshop, in a separate room I use as a gym. These panels do not completely kill the noise, but they bring it down to an acceptable level, which is exactly what I needed. The peel and stick backing made them quick and easy to put up. No fuss, no extra hardware, just stick them where you want them. They arrive in a vacuum pack. I left them out for 24 hours to fully expand before applying them. If you have a noisy space and you’re realistic about what foam can do, these do the job well. Happy with them.
