A:  It is not a helmet, it is a one size fits all elastic band polyester head covering (with vents) which goes on top of your scalp and under the helmet. You can cool it down by wetting it with cold water.

    A:  The dimensions are 7.70 inches x 3.50 inches x 7.0d-1 inches. However, it is only one size.

Regarding Mission Black Cooling Helmet Liner, Adult Unisex Not all stores carry it in stock so it may be that your local store does not have it. If your store does have it in stock, they will have it under sku# 1005143773 and should be able to show exactly where it is in store. I'm sorry they have not been able to find it in the past.
