Does this Modern Forms Lotus 54” ceiling fan come with or include the remote control and wall cradle? Product Detail says it’s included. Specifications URL link says the remote control is sold separately. Header says it has the wall control.

I have a 13’ ceiling height that’s also vaulted/sloped. Can this ceiling fan be installed on a sloped/vaulted ceiling? If an adapter is needed, can you please provide the item no.? Also please provide the item no. for a bronze colored 3’ downrod please.
All our Modern Forms downrod ceiling fans are sloped ceiling compatible, up to 30 degrees, out of the box. Angles greater than 30 deg require a sloped ceiling kit, XF-SCK-BZ, for Bronze. 36" Downrod: XF-36-BZ
There seems to be a 5 second delay on all 3 fan lights. Is there a way to resolve this issue?
When the power goes out does the light turn on when the power is restored?
Both the fan and light should return to their previous state when power is restored.
How does the wall outlet work? It replaces the old power outlet or it's battery powered and can stick to a wall? How does the switch work for both the fan and light? Does it need to be pre-wired for that?
The Wall Control will have a separate buttons to control the fan and light independent of each other. It will need to be connected to house wire in order to operate. You can order a remote control if you a wireless hand-held remote control is preferred - SKU: F-RCBT-WT

Is this a variable speed fan?
