makes too much noise
I was excited to try a DC fan with a DC motor. Its true at low speeds (up to 3) you can hear anything, you can't really feel anything either though. But when I raise the fan to 4, 5, or 6 it will make a rocking noise. Now the noise comes and goes, which makes it impossible to troubleshoot. I have tried to take it on and off multiple times to try and identify and fix the issue, regardless of what I try the noise will always come back. This fan is in our bedroom so it makes sleeping difficult.

extremely well made, solid wood blades, so silent that you don't even know it's on. I especially like the "natural wind" breeze setting that increases and decreases the speed of the fan to mimic a natural breeze feel.

Bought 2 fans at $700 a price, not including remote. One of the will not start. It makes a noise ...
Bought 2 fans at $700 a price, not including remote. One of the will not start. It makes a noise when turned on then if you reach up and push it it will go. When I called they told me to reset the receiving and pair the remote again. I tried to explain the remote is paired and everything works except the motor won’t start on it’s on.
