One fan trips the breaker after running for 30 seconds. The other fan works but is slightly wobbly. These aren’t cheap, and appear to be well made. But are they? If they both worked great, I would be thrilled. I hope they have good customer service.

Do not purchase, faulty motor
This fan stopped working after a few months. The company did send a new one but it had the same problem and fan did not work. They jad no other solution for the second faulty fan.

Stops working
We purchased 2 of these fans through Home Depot and while they are beautiful, the constantly drop off of our WiFi and we are unable to control them. We have called the company many times and even though they try to help, they are unable to find a solution. Waste of money, we have purchased much cheaper smart fans that work so much better. Don’t waste your time. buy a hunter fan instead. Purchased in February of 2021 and we’ve had nothing but issues

Great quite fan with light as desired
Well made, incredibly quiet, adjustable light that max out at 1600 lumins. Has a remote (wall mounted switch of the same function is avaiable, but extra. DC motor with 6 speeds plus a random speed changing breeze-like setting.

Useless remote = useless fan
The fan is gorgeous, it looks exactly like we had hoped. However, the remotes are garbage. One of the remotes quit working completely, despite taking it apart multiple times. The manufacturer has no interest in helping with faulty remotes. DO NOT BUY from this manufacturer.
