AnswersYes, it has a latex backing which reduces the risk of slipping and if you drop anything on it you can wash it on your machine. It keeps its bright colors. I certainly love it.

Not quite as vibrant as the online photos, but still a pretty rug. This rug was thinner than the other one we had, which was a little disappointing. It's not quite as "cushy." This is a nice size, large rug, make sure you measure your space before you order as it might be larger than you expect. The rug comes rolled up tightly, but because it is pretty thin it easily unrolled and laid flat. I love the many colors that it can coordinate with in a house. Whether you decorate with blues, creams, reds or yellows it is likely that there are squares in this rug that will coordinate nicely with your room. For the price it is good, just don't expect is to be a super cushy rug. The pile is very short so should be very easy to vacuum.

Absolutely gorgeous Mohawk Artifact 8 ft. x 10 ft. Area Rug. The colors are soft, antiqued, and blended very well. The multi panels create an extra layer of luxuriousness that makes the living room feel so cozy and comfy. I love it. The pictures don't do enough justice to show how beautiful the area rug is in real life. 8x10 feet size is perfect for creating a cocoon environment with a sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table. It would look great with two love seats, also. The possibilities are endless. The rug was delivered rolled up with a heavy duty plastic sheeting to protect it from rain and dirt. It's perfect.

I fell in love with this rug when I saw the picture. Just exactly my colors, matches my taste. It was a little larger than the rug we already had but it would actually fit better. When it arrived we spread it out in the living room, looking good!! The firmness of the weave was a pleasant surprise, and the colors are delightfully intense. Lying against the laminate floor it seems to almost glow. Best of all, as the picture shows, it has total dog approval. Even the cat enjoys rolling around around on it. And it is holding up just fine.

A nice accessory to compliment a new addition to the house. A perfect size for a larger room with appealing muted colors that won't clash with various color schemes even as they might change down the road. In our case the furniture hasn't been selected yet but there should be no problem with whatever type or color furnishings we choose. This rug does have a rubberized backing to keep it from shifting about but since the rug covers the majority of the space it is certain to be placed beneath multiple pieces of furniture so it probably won't be able to go far anyway. This rug however is a bit on the thin side so longevity might be questionable but at least no one is likely to trip on it. One photo shows how it comes delivered in case someone might be wondering.

My wife and I really like this Artifact Panel Multi 8 ft. x 10 ft. Area Rug by Mohawk Home. We wanted something in out dinning area and this area rug was just the ticket. The patterns in it match our dinning table, floor and walls. It covers the floor under the table and the surrounding just like my wife wanted. The rug is stain and fade-resistant which is a really good thing as it will be in some sunlight and with grandkids eating at the table, well, you get the picture! The rug is 100% Nylon and the back has what is called Action backing. Which is a rug gripper and extends the life of the rug and helps in keeping the rug from shifting and sliding and protects hardwood flooring.

Warm autumn colors that would blend beautifully with any style of décor, this rug adds a pleasant glow to our vacation home dining area. The patchwork design is modern but traditional, in lovely tones of rust, gold, olive green, sky blue, beige and brown.
The pile is plush and slightly sculpted, making it super easy to vacuum. It's also very easy to spot clean with just soap and water, however, because of the pattern it doesn't really show the dirt at all, so it doesn't need cleaning very often!
The edge is well bound, so it stays nice and flat on all four sides, and the back of the rug has a rubber textured backing that prevents slipping on our hardwood floor. There were a few wrinkles remaining from being rolled up for shipping, but I'm sure these will flatten out over time.
I got this 8 feet by 10 feet to go under the dining table, and will now look for the same design in a slightly smaller size to fit in the adjacent sitting area.
