This is a very nice area rug. It is well made and seems to be a heavy duty rug that should stand up to quite a bit of traffic. The rug came wrapped in a plastic bag so it was not soiled in transit. It is fairly thick and the weave is tight. I like the colors too. There is a soft cream color that permeates the rug which is offset by the lines in the design. The rug generally brightens up the room because of it's color. I hope it will last for a long time.

We have a Mowhawk rug that we really like, as they seem to be well made rugs. This one is as soft as the one we currently have and feels great under your feet. The edges are bound very well and there are no loose strands as we have found on some rugs. A rug pad is recommended in the description on Home Depot’s website and I would recommend it as well. The rug is soft but a thin pad makes it feel better yet. I am confused by the line that states “Skid resistant latex backing; helps to keep rug in place”, as I don’t feel the latex and it will slide on wood floors. Don’t let that stop you though, as non-slip pads are not that expensive to place under this rug, and it just makes the rug feel better.
We like the fact that it is stain resistant and can be used anywhere, including under your dining table, in a kitchen or anywhere you need a soft rug. If you are an environmentally conscience person, you will like that it is woven with fibers from recycled plastic bottles. We are using ours in the living room which adds a nice decorative touch that my wife likes a lot. We have a couple of large dogs that come in and the fact that the rug is stain resistant and durable really helps. Again this is a very nice rug that I would recommend to anyone.
