Not Working
This does not remove mildew on bathroom tiles or other surfaces like the 32 oz New & Improved spray bottle with 4% Sodium Hypochloride (bleach). Even Tylex Mildew Remover has 2% (bleach).
Only beach can remove mildew.
This product does not contain bleach.

Effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must start by saying that the packaging of the product is very bad, the bottle was almost half when I received it, but what was left in the bottle I used in my room since a few days ago we had a water leak and my carpet was I moisturize and grip fungus and mold, WM Barr FG552 32 Oz Mold Remover & Disinfectant, it is super good at removing odors, and removing mold from any surface, I loved it because I no longer knew what to use that was efficient. I will continue to use it if I have that kind of problem again.

This disinfectant and mold remover is a great product to use for cleaning and disinfection purposes. This is a heavy duty, hospital grade, EPA registered disinfectant (EPA Registration # 10324-85-4091) that uses Quaternary Ammonium compounds to clean, sanitize and disinfect hard, non porous surfaces. Kills viruses ( including Human Corona Virus), mold, mildew, bacteria, fungus and blood borne pathogens. This has a slower dwell time compared to bleach based cleaners, but this product will not have the same negative bleaching effect on textiles, and other surfaces (obviously you would want to color test it first) and does not have the strong odor of a chlorine bleach based cleaner.
