absolutly no customer service
I bought this robotic vacuum on a Wednesday, read and followed the instructions. When I plugged the charger into the base unit there was a spark, and the charging light didn't come on. I checked the adaptor with a multi meter- 118VAC going in, 0VDC coming out. I called and emailed customer service, and 3 days later I got an email that said they would get back to me. It's been a week and haven't heard a thing. I ended up sending the unit back.

Liked it while it worked
I picked this over the roomba because of some design advantages, which we loved while it worked. Sadly, it quit working within 2 weeks.

Won't keep running
I hope someone will get a hold of me and help me fix my vacuum. It worked so well at first. And now it will run a couple minutes and then stop with a error 3. That means that there is hair or dust on the wheels or the dust bin is full. The dust bin is easy to empty. I work in an engineering department and I still can't get it to run correctly. Do I have to disassemble it to get the dust away from the wheels? (We named it Marvin after the cartoon Martian).

total waste of money
The remote control failed three weeks after it was opened up on Christmas morning. I tried replacing the batteries, but new batteries make no difference. I tried to re-synch the remote to the robot but this made no difference. It takes up to 15 minutes for the robot to successfully find the charger and plug into it. It continually gets trapped behind furniture and eventually gives a verbal announcement that I cannot hear well enough to understand.
I do not recommend that anyone buy it.
I would like to get a full refund, but I will probably be lucky to get a replacement remote controller via the warranty. This will probably require sending the entire unit back to somewhere for repair.
What a piece of junk!!!!!

Does a great job, love the remote , easy to clean , nice bumpers to not mar funiture.

A must for our busy household!
With 3 dogs and 2 cats, plus working 7 days a week I don't know how I didn't get this sooner!
It gets the entire floor clean, under the furniture & does a great job. The only issue I have is it asks me to clean the main brush when it gets dog food in it. It can't deal with the larger pieces.
I am thinking about getting another so I can do both upstairs and downstairs while I'm at work.

Hybrid Robot Vacuum and Dry Mop Cleaner
I've owned several other brands and to me there is no comparison, the Hybrid cleans longer and picks up debris on the floor and carpet leaving nothing, even really dirty carpet. I like that isn't loud and you can put it on whisper so you can't hear it at all, I would definitely buy another one, in fact, I am buying one for my daughter for Christmas. Only wish I had know about them before.
