For the Monroe Vanity, we do not recommend changing the handles out, as they are recessed into the wood, so when removing them, there would be a cut out left in the wood behind each end of the handle (about 2cm by 2cm). However, if you are able to find a handle that fits those measurements, it may work. The dimensions of the handles are 6.5 inches long, 5.5 inches from screw to screw, and 2cm wide. The interior height of the drawer is 4.41 inches so it should fit a standard toilet paper roll standing up. The interior width of the drawer is 22.4 inch and the depth 15.39 inches.
