Does its job
Does its job. Using it with a 70 inch Monte Carlo Maverick in our master bedroom. I’m currently not changing the speed of the fan or turning it off and on. I think as the weather cools and I start adjusting more I will use it more. I didn’t want to have to worry about keeping track of a remote. At this point, I probably use the wall switch and remote equally. Fan and wall switch were installed at the same time. Husband said installation was pretty straight forward.

Works fine but looks more gray than white
Overall the switch works well, and it's not like there are a surplus of 6 speed wall switches to buy out there, so it's either this one or no wall switch, pretty much. Only complaint is that it looks gray, or quite a bit off white compared to the other true white switches. Might not be as noticeable if by itself but when grouped with others it really off a shade or maybe more. At the end of the day, we'll just live with it because there are not other feasible options if we want a wall switch that properly controls the 6 speed fan.

This wall switch allows me to control my fan without having to locate my remote control. With so many controls these days, it's nice to just have a control on the wall. It looks great, and has simple straight forward control buttons.

Cannot Get This To Work- Help!
So I have a Monte Carlo Fan that is supposed to be compatible with this switch. The switch appears to essentially be a fan remote but in a different form factor (I.e. it should connect to AC power via home wiring but communicates with the fan via wireless, same as the handheld remote). I connect this to power in my switch box and I get nothing. No LEDs light when pushing a button, no tone sounds, nothing. According to the instructions if the DIP switches are set to “universal” it should control the fan along with one remote. Not sure it’s a “signal handshake” issue though because it acts dead (handheld remote works fine when everything is connected). Any suggestions?
