I really like my Stick Anywhere Motion Activated 20 Lumen LED Night Light. When my house was built 40
years ago, a light switch was installed at the top of the finished basement stairs, but not at the
bottom. This stick anywhere motion activated light gives off the perfect amount of light to see the bottom
steps by the landing. It stays on long enough to traverse the stairs, 30 seconds or so, then goes out by itself. Everything was included but the 4 AA batteries required to operate it, even the wall anchors. Installation only took a few minutes. I wish I had seen this light several years ago.

This Stick Anywhere Motion Activated Light is just what I've needed for recessed entryway to my home.
It requires four AA batteries, easily installed in back screw-off plate. It is light weight and can be hung nearly anywhere by
screws and anchors or adhesive strip (all included) in package. It will stay illuminated as long as motion is detected. Puts out plenty of light for good visibility.

We love this light! Before sticking this light on the wall with the provided two-way adhesive strip, we had to fumble in the dark to find the buttons to open up the garage door or turn the garage lights on during nighttime. Now, the movement of the door opening turns this light on providing a lot of illumination. The light turns itself off after a few seconds if it detects no motion. We don't know how long the batteries will last, but replacing batteries periodically is well worth the benefit we get from this automatic light!

I have no way to tell if this night light emits 20 lumens or not but its definitely enough to help light up the staircase which is pretty dark due to poor light fixture locations in the upstairs hall. I took two pictures using the same camera settings in an attempt to show the difference this utility light makes. I was surprised to learn it uses an incandescent bulb but for the price its hard to beat. I just sat the light in front of the baseboard on a temporary basis to see how effective it would be but I might just leave it like that rather than mounting it using the bracket with the included two-way tape or screws with plastic inserts. If I get disappointed with this device it will be because of short battery life but the 4 AA batteries are supposed to last a year assuming 8-10 on/off cycles per day. I hope version 2.0 will utilize an LED even if it is more expensive.
