Are these hooks flexible so they can be attached to a one inch pipe?

AnswerHi Sally, These S-hooks are somewhat flexible however, the inside diameter is approximately three-quarters of an inch. I would say it is possible for it to flex enough to get around the pipe, but that would certainly be pushing the limits of what these S-hooks can do.
