exactly as described
They hold a decent amount of weight and they’re super easy to assemble. They are the perfect dementions to stack 40 gallon breeder tanks. I bought one shelving unit to hold those 4 tanks but i have extra parts, so if i buy a 2nd unit. I could assemble 5 of these racks holding 10 40 gallon tanks. Very cool.

      Hard to install
Hard to put together even with help, no matter how hard you hammer the shelf together it pretty much falls apart every time. Took us 2 hours to assemble it properly. Works great for small spaces.

The shelving was sturdy ,the product offered quality as well as fairly priced. However the directions were a little tough to understand as they weren't very specific or clear in regards to the positioning of the shelving after a couple of attempts of trying to configure the side arms once it was figured the assembly was relatively easy. One note to the side brackets that hold the shelving if they did not properly set themselves up you definitely needed to use the hammer or mallet to set them in place. I was able to store a lot of items on the shelving unit which definitely serve the purpose it took me a couple hours to put the shelving together but like I said before once you figure out the configuration it was very easy to assemble

I bought the 60 x 72 x 24 model Nov 2020 and it is terrific. Required a rubber mallet and a block of 2x4 to help really secure the shelves to the frame. Once together (I did it by myself), it looks great and is sturdy enough. Took about 1 hour to assemble and I found a 2' step stool was needed to do the top shelf (I am 6' tall). It was shipped to me VERY quickly after placing the online order despite the apparent shortage of the product. Guess I got lucky to find one. Easily supports everything I've stored on it (which isn't a lot - yet...) and my shed is very nicely organized now. I did find it helpful to put wood shelving on some of the wire decking for stuff that would have wobbled about. It probably would have been fine without the wooden shelves, but I already had them lying around so why not use them. Good stuff!

Easy to assemble if you have all the parts
I got the 30x60x12 and it fits perfectly in my new tool shed. I chose a version with the particle board shelves (I'm leery about the wire shelves). No issues in assembly except that it was without 4 of the corner posts. Home Depot was no help at all, but after contacting Sandusky, they shipped the replacement posts to me quickly. Hey, where are you going to find a decent shelf for less $?

Great Product, easy to install, my box was missing the couplers, called Edsal Customer Service, they were very quick to mail the couplers to me and was able to get the install completed. The product has improved from the last time when I had bought a similar Edsal product a few years back

Per review guidelines I am giving 4.5 stars on quality and 5 on values. While the posts and beams can be built with more heavy gauged metal, it is more than adequate for home use. I assembled it myself and I do think a 2nd person will help speeding up. "No-tool assembly" is not accurate, I have to hammer the pins down with a piece of wood and a rubber mallet. The mesh shelves are attractive and hold 3 plastic bins per shelf (my previous 18x48x69 stainless steel wire shelving unit can only do 2). This one is lot cheaper than the stainless steel wire one I replaced and moved to laundry room. Against the review guidelines I have to complaint about shipping/packing. If I am allowed to review that, it is 1-2 stars. I didn't have a choice but to ship to my home as it is unavailable in store. Don't trust the packing material and handling from UPS. I think I may have received an open-boxed unit as the braces and couplers were loose inside the big box which was wrapped with excessive amount of packing tapes. Home Depot Customer Service is very good and the rep engaged MuscleRack to ship me the missing couplers. At the end, I am very happy with the resolution and gotten myself a nice new shelving.

Easy To Assemble, Shelves Not Strong Enough
Despite the ease of assembly the unit has a major design flaw - The manner in which the pressed wood composite shelves sit on the rails. If you place any object that weighs over 15 pounds on the wooden shelf, the shelf starts to bow and sink below the rails. I had to drill out the rails and bolt L brackets to the rails to support the wooden shelves. Maybe this product should come with a warning to customers describing the weight limitations of the shelves.
