you can use zip ties (the plastic ones that have to be cut or the Velcro type.
It's 36" high x 72" wide.
Yes, it would definitely help protect plants from wind.
Width varies. It has a variable width. From 12 inches to 6 feet.
Expansion in one direction equals contraction in the other direction. If you extend it to 72 inches tall, it would be about 36 inches wide. If you want it 48 inches wide, it would be about 48 inches tall. Of course you can turn it. Why do you think you wouldn't be able to? It weighs about 8 pounds.
No it is not. This is design as decorative and thus does not have enough strength to hold back kids or pets.
I think three could give you the slight curve you want. It has a slight amount of give. Good luck!
I attached one end of the trellis to an existing pole that is approximately 36" high. The trellis is not secured at the other end; it's serving as a temporary driveway fence. Fully extended, the trellis measures about 32" high at the secured end and about 27" at the unsecured end. It stretched to about 6' in this use.
I haven't attempted to cut the trellises I purchased. That being said, the bracket that holds the leaves in place is also made of plastic. Cutting the bracket with a straight cut (rather than diagonal) should not interfere with the expansion and contraction of the panel yet allow coverage in the area you where you want to position it.
In another answer, I shared my measurements where the trellis is secured to a 36" pole and stretched to an unsecured open area to serve as a fence. The fence stretched to about 6'. The height at the secured end is about 32"; at the unsecured end, it is about 26". I think the lower measurement is because the trellis is secured in 4 places from top to bottom, making the height slope to the unsecured area. Had the anchoring ties (to the post) been adjusted to 30", it would probably still be about 6', and maybe a couple of inches longer.
