Product Details

Drain the water into your drainage system and keep debris out with a decorative channel drain grate that enhances the look of your outdoor space. The Spee-D Channel Drain Grate features an elegant wave design with integrated openings that block leaves and debris from entering and clogging the drain pipes. Works with Spee-D Channel Drain, part of the NDS Profile Channel series, to drain light flows from driveways, patios, pool areas, courtyards, and walkways. Drain grate has open surface area of 7.8 sq. in. per ft., flow rate of 24 GPM per ft., and is made of polyethylene treated with UV inhibitors. Channel drains, also called trench drains, are long, narrow drains that collect water from surrounding surfaces and direct it away to drain pipe. The water is carried to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench. NDS channel and trench drains are designed for durability, drainage, and performance, and are a proven alternative to traditional concrete drains.
