Q:Can regular wood used in other smokers be used instead of the wood pellets? How much do the wood pellets cost & do they come in Hickory, cherry, mesquite and/or oak?

A:  We would like to let you know for best results, performance, and flavor, use Ninja Woodfire Pellets when adding smoke. We do not recommend using other pellet brands, as Ninja Woodfire Technology was developed using Ninja pellets, and using other brands may cause ignition issues and unsatisfactory results for your food. You can purchase the pellets for this unit by reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-800-365-0135 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

            I actually use this
            I actually use this more than the oven! Grilled chicken and turkey burgers have never tasted so good. The best part is afterwards and how easy it is to clean up. The cooking temperature always stays consistent and in my dozens of times using it I have never burned a chicken breast or burger. And when you’re done cooking the meat you can simply change settings to air fry vegetables. One of the best inventions ever.
