This fire pit is just what I wanted! And a breeze to assemble made even better as it doesn’t require any glue or cement to hold it together. (It took less time to put together than it did for the two very helpful store employees to load it into my car!) Each piece is 40lbs so it has not shifted or moved even without using any type of adhesive. Looks great, too. Very happy with this purchase!

Absolutely what I was looking for and I received exactly as described. t’s beautiful and is the perfect cherry on top of our newly poured concrete patio

This set is big, heavy, and durable. It appears to be totally worth the cost and time spent setting it up. This set is relatively easy to build. It only took me about two hours from start to finish. FYI it comes with 2-3 bags of sand. I’m pretty happy with it so far, only time will tell

I purchased this fire pit 3 years ago. As others have stated, the blocks don't all fit together perfectly. However, it was easy to set up and looked nice. The major issue with this fire pit is that it falls apart in 2 years. I have attached some photos, and you can see that the blocks started cracking and disintegrating. For the cost, this is not worth it and should not be purchased!

Overall, pretty happy with the fire pit. The pavers did not fit perfectly but were pretty close. I placed my fire pit on black dirt. Great for a campfire. Perfect size.

If you don't put it together the way it comes, the pieces are uneven. They must file down the stone after assembling it for shipping. Definitely needs concrete glue to stay put.

Our fire pit is less than 2 years old and it’s falling apart. First cracks appeared after a few months of use, now it’s literally falling apart!!! We’ve got to use it only for two summers. Payed almost $500 with taxes and delivery, what a waste of money!!! I’ve never been so disappointed in any other product

While I think this is a great idea in theory (Fire pit on a pallet), and despite Home Depot and Nantucket Pavers going out of their way to make this purchase right for me, I would still have to rate this product a poor. The materials are fragile, brittle, and each piece is supposed to be interchangeable yet the fitment is barely passable. Was shipped as a single unit, poorly packed, none of the sixteen individual pieces were protected from themselves or each other. After unpacking the initial item, I refused shipment because of the multiple broken/damaged pieces. Home Depot was nice enough to ship me a replacement with a discount. Replacement seemed ok on initial inspection so I accepted delivery. However after disassembling, I discovered the same issue...multiple broken pieces. This time, HD put me in direct contact with the manufacturer and again they are very responsive and agreed to ship me replacement parts...more than I actually needed, just to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my project. Replacements were shipped to me, lovingly and individually wrapped in foam (imho, this is how the whole product should be packed and shipped). Overall I am ok with the completed project (see photo), but the pic does not reveal the detail and flaws apparent on close inspection. Additionally, I think the product bears redesign and rethinking packaging. If it were me, knowing how delicate the material is, I would do away with the dovetails altogher. They don't serve to facilitate better fit between pieces. Secondly the product should be packaged and shipped exactly as my replacement parts were. This would greatly reduce damage, frustration and rework. Until the material, design and packaging issues are resolved I cannot recommend this product. It is worth noting that Patio on a palette purchased at the same time and seen surrounding the fire pit was flawless and I highly recommend it.
