Needlepoint' adds delicate beauty to the landscape with lustrous green, pointed foliage. Small white flowers emerge on its branches in early spring, maturing to large red berries that feed songbirds in fall. 'Needlepoint' thrives in sun or shade, tolerates drought and adapts to a wide variety of soil types. Its upright habit and glossy foliage is beautiful in hedges, mixed borders and mass plantings. It can even be trained to grow as a small tree.
