A:  Plug in wire is about 30 inches.

A:  Yes, it has a pink electrical cord with a plug on the end. I don't remember how long the cord is -- probably about 2 feet.

      The front side of this heart is pretty and works...
      The front side of this heart is pretty and works well if you hang it with back side to a wall. Wires and bulbs are on the back side. I wanted to hang it on a window where it was visible from both outside and inside. So, bought a second one and fastened the two hearts back-to-back. Also, electrical cord is pink and comes out the bottom. I rewired to have a white cord coming out the top center. I'm pleased with end result -- with modifications.
