The spiral artificial trees are awesome. They were not cheap but will work on my front porch in summer— when real plants all die from the extreme heat. One thing that would make them better is a heavier pot to stay in place during wind. I put in bigger post and loaded gravel around the pots.

Normally I don't take the time to write a review but the quality of this artificial plant really surprised me, especially when compared with the cost. Plastic plants usually look like "plastic plants" from about 15' away. This one looks almost real from 3' away. It is shaded and a little darker than the photograph. The spiral shape is dead on. Actually, it looks better, by quite a bit, than the picture. The trunk is easily removed and reinserted back into the pot so you can plant it unhindered by foliage. Don't be concerned about the brown trunk pole. When you look at the tree, you won't even notice it, even though it seems to stand out in the picture. A great value!
