Answer“One Light Goes Out, the Rest Stay Lit” This technology uses an internal shunt within the bulb to continue the flow of electricity throughout a light string, even if a bulb has burned out. However, the shunt can fail if a bulb is broken, loose or removed, causing the flow of electricity through the string to stop.

Absolutely Amazing! I got this tree to replace a 30 year old one. I was hesitant on this one because of blech reviews. So my husband found this one.
I was sooo wrong. Its a wonderful tree. It took 2 hours to fluff and shape the branches but was it worth it! This tree is not for the lazy and quick set person. If you take the time it looks great! The 9 function lights are amazing-love the pastel one!. Real looking and not super full but hey - is any tree perfect? I have the 7.5 one and you can get a national tree star for the top that changes with the tree. I would suggest this tree in a heartbeat!

This tree is amazingly beautiful. I wanted incandescent lights because they are softer and warmer than LEDs. I can’t say enough about this tree. I will say that it’s quite heavy and I need help setting it up and taking it down. Didn’t used to be that way. I originally purchased this tree about 6 years ago and fell in love with it. Well, I didn’t replace bulbs as they went out and when enough go out, whole sections go out. Rather than just replace sections of bulbs we decided to order this same tree again, but I have realized that I’m getting too old to be setting up this heavy (good Quality) tree, so I returned it and am looking for something more light weight. Though I am sad about this, I can just about guarantee that most anyone would love to have this wonderful tree.
