AnswerWe do not recommend installation of deck tile over rubber. We only recommend installation over a solid, flat, leveled surface. Such as cement, or an existing wood deck.

AnswerIf the repaired section is compacted very well and relatively level, I dont see an issue... These tiles fit "loosely together"...meaning they have a certain amount of give in them... I laid them on an uneven old concrete slab and they are rock solid...no problems at all...

Great product
Simple to use, easy to cut to fit, especially with the individual slats that are screwed to the backing. I would recommend this product to anyone from novice to professional, the only tools necessary are a Phillips screwdriver, tape measure and at least a jigsaw....I used compound miter saw, but it wasn't necessary.

Easy installation
Tiles are very easy to install and look great. They've only been on the deck for a week, so I can't say how they'll hold up to time or weather. If you have a warped deck or a lot of odd corners and need to trim, you may want to consider a different product. I'd like a matching angle piece to cover the edges of the deck, not that it's ugly, but the edges aren't pretty either. Trimming can be a challenge.

Easy, but not without some minor issues
Dropped big $$ to cover a 260 square foot patio (see pictures).
Pros: Super easy to use, to lock in, goes down fast. Much more time needed to work the trim/edges, get a good table band or jig saw to work this. I used a hand-held jig saw, and did not get the edges as straight as I would have liked. Looks good, easy cleanup with a leaf blower, can hose down any spills or stains without worry.
Cons: Given the 60% bamboo content, I would have liked more variation in color/texture. It takes a few days for the plastic smell to dissipate. Three or four tiles were damaged during shipping.

AWESOME TILES
I decided to purchase these tiles for my patio which has a wooden floor that had begun to look quite unsightly as I get direct sunlight and it rains quite a bit here (Florida). The tiles were a perfect temporary solution since I live in an apartment and I needed something to not only spruce up the patio but allow me to enjoy it without worrying about nails and such. These tiles are prettier than I expected and super easy to install! It took me about an hour to put together the 8 boxes I ordered and I absolutely love it!! I am on the patio more now than I am in the apartment! Everyone in my building are constantly complementing it and inquiring about where they can get some. The good thing is that when I move, I can unsnap them and take them with me! Get them it's WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!

I installed about 170 sq feet of Naturesort bamboo interlocking...
I installed about 170 sq feet of Naturesort bamboo interlocking tile squares about two weeks ago on a third floor terrace. Installation was simple and straightforward. It looks WAY better than the duradeck material that is under it. I have been looking for any signs of warping or tiles lifting up, and have seen nothing yet. It appears to me to be a very good product. I like that the bamboo content reduces the amount of polymer that is needed to manufacture it.
