This is a wonderful product..costly but wonderful product. Was able to put together a 12x12 slab on top of concrete within 3 hours by myself.

Very happy with these tiles - easy to fit together and install without tools, and easy to clean with a blower. Some tiles had to be cut to fit in an angled section of my patio but the cut tiles were easily fit into place, although I had to glue some of the pieces of bamboo back on the plastic frame where there was no attachment in the cut piece. Not possible to remove the screws and relocate them as shown in some online videos of similar products, but the glued pieces are staying in place and since they are on the edges of the patio they are not going to take any wear and tear from walking etc.

Overall a very decent product. My customer was very happy with the result. Installation on a rooftop patio was rather challenging due to bumpy surface. Make sure you have smooth and level surface otherwise the tiles will rock & teeter and come apart. The locking grid piece which underlies the tiles is screwed to the composite boards with tiny little screws that can easily strip and fall out. Would be better if they used larger sturdier screws. Also, if you want to do a cross weave pattern, keep in mind- the connected grids are biased for straight parallel pattern only. This is hard to explain but you'll understand once you try to do it. To connect the tiles in an alternating cross weave pattern, you will have numerous cases where you cannot simply lower next tile to connect it. This is because one side of the tile has pins and the other has loops. Rotating a tile to achieve a cross weave pattern effectively breaks the alignment where loops are exposed to the adjacent side (which prevents you from simply lowering the next tiles pins down into the loops). There will be times where pins (not loops) are exposed to the adjacent side. In these cases you will have to lift the previous tile's pin side up and then tuck the loop connectors under it. This can be a pain especially when you get to the end of a row. It would be better if the manufacturer sold separate right and left versions for cross weave installations. I did not try this but it would be possible to convert the tiles yourself by removing the connecting grid, rotating it 180 degrees and reconnect it for a portion of your tiles. I did not bother with this on my installation, rather I would just use a flat bar to pry up the end of the tile so that I could slip the looped end under the pinned end. I'm sure this is hard to understand if you've never installed these. It is manageable but much more difficult if you want cross weave. In summary, if you have a smooth surface and don't require a cross hatch pattern, installation is very easy with this product. If you have a bumpy surface which cannot be easily leveled, then consider going with a different system with thicker boards and stand-alone corner connectors rather than bottom plate grids.

The product is below expectations because I installed it on an existing deck with angled edges. For straight cuts the tile stayed in tact. For diagonal cuts the tile often came apart.

Easy to install, drains well. Heats up in sun but overall product is as expected. Small yard looks great. Try to buy all boxes with 1 lot to keep color match. Otherwise yiles are easy to reconfigure.

Easy for 1 person to install. Drains water well. Seems to fade quickly which is fine because I bought boxes during different weeks as I decided and changed configurations for 2 small patios. Might have been different lot numbers but not a big deal. Good product so far. Deck tiles seem to heat up quickly but it's manageable before summer so far.

Nice style, cool color, but poor interlocking mechanism.

Excellent value, good quality and look. I’m happy to have flooring that won’t rot after one winter.
