AnswersThere should be a menu on how to fix the leaf, since it was shipped the tree was not the same as on the picture presented on the website, had to fix it on my own. Other than that the three looked fit into my house very good.

The plant leaves need a lot of work in order to spread them out! Kind of like a wrapped fake christmas
tree in the box. I also suggest putting into a much larger pot and surround it with moss. Took me about
30 minutes to get the leaves to look like the picture! Once I was finished it looks good and I am pleased!

Very realistic looking. You can only tell that it's not real when you're very close to it, like 6". Anything more than 6 inches u couldn't tell it's a fake. When u first receive it after unpacking it, it looks horrible. All the leaves r pushed straight up b/c of the shrink wrap. If u take some time and patience to shape the leaves , u will be very happy. I've had it for about 3 weeks and have received multiple complements.

I love, love, love this plant! So much so, that I bought it twice. I almost didn't buy it after seeing the reviews, but I am glad I did. I must say, though, that I understand why one would be disappointed at its flattened appearance straight out of the box. It's hard to look at it and believe that it can be fluffed out to become a realistic looking plant. BUT IT CAN. See pics. I suggest that the vendor includes some instructions (even a link to a youtube video) to show how best to fluff out this plant. You could sell more plants and have more satisfied customers if you show them HOW to make this ugly duckling of flattened leaves become a swan.
