Beware if planning to put this under the counter
I purchased this wine/beverage fridge in 2018 when I remodeled my kitchen. Within the first year, the motor froze up and frost formed on the back wall of the upper two shelves. When calling New Air customer support, I was told that I cannot fill the top two shelves with cans, because the motor which is located in the back of the unit, needs room to circulate the air or it will overheat if too many cans and bottles are pushed up against the back wall of the unit. The solution is to pull out the fridge, unplug it and let it thaw out, drain the catch basin and plug it back in and reload with the beverages at half capacity on top two shelves. Then it happened again the second year even though I was only filling it at half capacity. I called again and was just out of the warranty period. This time I was told that this fridge is not meant to be under the countertop because the back, where the motor is, needs to be out in the open air or it will overheat in a tight space. Mine is located under the counter with two cabinets on either side totally enclosed against a wall. So for the last five years, probably every three months or so the motor will overheat, the back wall of the top two shelves will frost up, and I will have to pull it out, unload all the contents, defrost for 24 hours, drain the catch basin, plug back in and reload. This sucker is heavy too. A good 100 lbs to pull out and back trying not to scratch hardwood floors in the process. Unfortunately, after five years it is time to say goodbye. Otherwise, I LOVE LOVE the dual zoning that allows for beer and white wine on the top and three shelves of red wine on the bottom.

Great Mini Fridge
Works well, looks great, love the blue light inside, adds a great look. Be careful when pulling the racks out when filled in front and not the back, it tips forward if you let go.

Love It!
We purchases the dual zone fridge during a kitchen remodel, excited for the "Bar" addition! So nice to have beer and wine in their own fridge, and not out in the garage! Extremely happy with the look and how it fit with our new addition. Had a little issue with cooling of the beer storage, yet customer service could not have been any better! Would definitely purchase again and recommend to family and friends.

Nice Looking and Great Features
The Beverage Wine Fridge is beautiful. We are so excited about the unit and how well it fits into our kitchen. The temperature sensor seems to be off, so we contacted the company. Ingrid was the customer service rep who was very helpful. The company stands behind their product and will fix it or send a new unit.

Very good customer service
We bought this wine cooler for our newly renovated kitchen but the unit wasn't working properly so I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, in less than 24 hours I heard back from them offering to replace the unit, in less than a week I received the new unit and this time it is working perfectly fine, we are very very happy with it!!

Temp indicator stuck on 99 degrees
Brand new AWB-400DB delivered yesterday. Within an hour the temp indicator for the upper shelves stuck at 99 degrees. I see similar problems on the internet. Calling Newair tomorrow. Beware of this cooler.

Had a little issue with a part that was damaged, made the call to customer service and problem was solved in 15 min or less, received confirmation and part is being shipped as l speak... Excellent customer service without a doubt.... Good Looking!
Nice looking, fits perfect under our counter. 5 hours after delivery and a thorough cleaning inside and all the shelving, we plug it in and it immediately started to cool. Within several hours we had the temps we set and wine was chilling, soda, and waters. Dual Zone is the answer to wine vrs soda. The size is perfect for us. Very quiet!!! It still has a light odor but it will disappear. I did clean with soda, vinegar and Dawn. If this continues working as I expect it will, we will not regret purchasing this beverage unit. Becky answered my question with customer service assistance regarding cleaning inside by the compressor drip tray, and I consider customer service to be excellent. This isn't something that needs to be done daily or monthly.
